Loft 3

Loft 3 is on the 2nd floor with a magnificent view of the old town and the Rhine as far as the Hessian Ried.

In the entrance area you will find the cloakroom with a comfortable bench and access to the various rooms.

The living-dining room has a huge lounge corner, a large dining table with designer chairs, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

In the spacious kitchen everything is taken care of: from the stove with oven to the dishwasher, the fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee maker, white porcelain dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans and much more.

The bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm), an extra high comfort mattress and a wardrobe.
The bedroom has direct access to the private garden and the two terraces. One of the two wooden terraces functions as a noble summer dining room and invites you to linger. This connects directly to the kitchen, with the kitchen window conveniently serving as a hatch.
The second terrace is a real oasis of calm for relaxed evenings or as a place of retreat in between.

The spacious bathroom is directly adjacent to the bedroom and is equipped with a double washbasin, heated towel rail and a huge Raindance shower.

The toilet is located separately and is accessible from the hallway.

All lofts are equipped with free WiFi, Vodafone Giga TV and SKY Movie.

Residential parking only applies to the entire old town of Oppenheim. Free and paid public parking spaces are approx. 150m away. Of course, you can stop in front of our property for relaxed loading and unloading.

You can reach Oppenheim both by car and by train. We are on the Mannheim-Mainz railway line. In addition, Oppenheim is close to numerous hiking and cycling routes. Frankfurt airport is only approx. 40 minutes away by car.

Oppenheim Lofts are very quietly located above Oppenheim's old town. The vineyards are located directly above our property. The market square with its cafes and restaurants as well as the sights are only approx. 200 m away.
